A fresh, light, easy stir fry with very little ingredients.

  • 2 pounds vine ripened tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 3-4 mint leaves


  • In a medium bowl, toss together tomatoes, garlic, basil, mint, salt and black pepper.
  • Cook and drain pasta.
  • Mix together.


This stir fry is as simple as it gets and makes your belly feel very happy for you. You can add more broccoli
