Re: Parking violations
This is a reminder that the lot is divided into assigned spaces for a reason, and “I was only going to be a minute” doesn’t not constitute a binding legal exception.
We’ve also noticed several vehicles treating the visitor spaces as long-term storage. We will consider a car left in visitor’s parking for more that 72 hours, a squatter not a visitor.
We are not asking nicely a third time. We were not asking nicely the second time either. We were just being polite.
Vehicles parked in unauthorized spaces will be towed. No warnings, no exceptions, no negotiating with the towing company. You do not represent management in any official capacity.
