1.1 Mobile App License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use The Edgeheads™ mobile application for personal, non-commercial use on a supported device you own or control.
You may not modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by The Edgeheads™.
1.2 Third-Party Platform Notice
By using our iOS app, you acknowledge Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use of the App must also comply with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service. Similarly, your use of our Android app must comply with Google Play’s Terms of Service.
1.3 Account Registration
To use certain features of The Edgeheads™ App, you may be required to register using a valid email and name. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are at least 17 years of age, or the minimum legal age in your country to access explicit or mature-rated content.
This app contains content marked as Explicit, including strong language, satire, and commentary intended for a mature audience. By continuing, you acknowledge and accept this.
You are responsible for all activity under your access credentials and agree not to impersonate others or register using disposable or misleading emails.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all materials on this Site—including text, audio, graphics, logos, and original characters—are the intellectual property of The Edgeheads or its licensors. This includes all podcast content, musical works, lyrics, and satire-based materials.

The Edgeheads podcast is intended for direct audience access only. Redistribution through ad-supported platforms without authorization violates our terms and may result in legal action or formal takedown requests.
3. Satirical Content Notice
The Edgeheads is a satirical and comedic work. All characters, events, and opinions expressed in our podcast or website are fictional and intended for entertainment. Any resemblance to real persons—living, dead, or in witness protection—is purely coincidental (unless you’re flattered, then yes, it’s you).
Satire, parody, and commentary are protected forms of speech under the First Amendment and U.S. fair use doctrine.
4. Music & Audio Content
All music, lyrics, and sound content heard in The Edgeheads podcast and promotional material is either:
• (a) Created using licensed royalty-free software and sound libraries (e.g., Logic Pro),
• (b) Produced using licensed commercial-use tools and music-generation platforms,
• (c) Written, arranged, and performed by the creators of The Edgeheads.
We do not use unlicensed third-party content. We reserve all rights for the reproduction, distribution, and commercial use of all original audio.
5. Voice and Performance Credits
All performances, characters, and voices featured on The Edgeheads are original and created exclusively for the show. For licensing, talent, or media inquiries, please contact us via our Contact page.

15. Refunds & Shipping (E-Commerce Policy)
If you purchase merch or other products from us, here’s the deal:
• Refunds: We’ll honor refunds or exchanges for damaged or defective items within 14 days of delivery. Just contact us with proof.
• Shipping: We ship using standard providers (USPS, UPS, etc.) and fulfill within 5–7 business days unless stated otherwise.
• Returns: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we screwed up.
• Digital products (if applicable) are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
